A Relationship-Based Parenting Course
I offer both group and individualised 8-week parenting courses in Circle of Security. The Circle of Security is a relationship-based early intervention program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children. It helps parents understand their child’s emotional needs and how to meet them, fostering a secure and trusting relationship that forms the foundation for healthy emotional development.
Circle of Security
Group Sessions: 2 hrs per week for 8 weeks. Min of 6 participants for the group to go ahead. Maximum of 8 participants. Fee is payable in full prior to commencement of the course and is non-refundable once the course begins. Course is designed to be psychoeducational. $795 pp

Individual/Couple Sessions: 1.5hrs per week for 8 weeks. Due to the intensity of time and space that can be devoted to one person/couple, these sessions tend to be more psychotherapeutic than what can be offered in a group setting. $3500 per person/couple.
