A different experience of yourself is possible.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy provides a space where emotional experiences can be explored, expressed and experienced differently, opening the possibility for lasting psychological change

My approach

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, where meaningful change develops through the therapeutic relationship and the exploration of emotional experiences.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or strategies, we work together to explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you experience yourself and relate to others.

Through this collaborative process, new ways of experiencing, feeling and relating can emerge, creating opportunities for lasting psychological change.

Welcome, I'm Kristy.

Beginning psychotherapy can feel daunting, particularly when you're unsure how to put what you're experiencing into words.

I offer a space where you can speak openly, without needing to have everything figured out. Together, we can explore the experiences, emotions and relationships that have shaped your life, including those that may be difficult to recognise or express.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative. I believe that meaningful change develops through the therapeutic relationship, where experiences can be explored and felt in ways that may not have been possible before.

I'm a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, trained in the Conversational Model, and I welcome people from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

You don't need to know where to begin. We can discover that together.
